Liliane Mugirishyaka is an experienced Data Analyst with 8 years in a commercial organization. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Statistics from National University of Rwanda.
Currently, Liliane is the Sales Operations Manager in Braliwa Plc, part of the Heineken Group, where she is in charge of optimizing data sets and sales applications to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. Liliane worked as a Commercial Analyst in Bralirwa, where she was responsible for analyzing competitors, market performance and suggesting improvements to executives.
Before she joined the Commercial Analyst role, she served as Assistant Commercial Analyst for 2 years (2012 to 2014) in the same organization, charged with Master Data management and embedding digital solutions to facilitate data collection and data leverage within sales Department. She has also experience in conducting market research (Trade Census). Liliane has skills in negotiations, customer motivation, customer management (CRM) and project management; she is a member of PMI Rwanda Chapter.
